exercise is fantastic for muscle definition, tone, cardiovascular fitness, beating arterial disease and pheremone production but..

there is no proof that it helps in weight loss. exercise in fact increases appetite so it has a neutralising effect on weight profile.

if you really want to lose weight all you have to do is give up sugar. it’s as simple as that.
